Honestly. We have been here a few times this year. The service is good, the food is better than good. I am always surprised of how truly good everything is. Only good things to say. Avocados on the food are perfectly ripe too! Just wanted to give praise where it's due. Keep it up ihop!

I usually order curbside every Friday. Food is always ready even when I show up early (which is pretty much always). One time they forgot the crispy potatoes and I called to let them know. Debbie said make sure to tell us next time I order. So I called and ordered online. Debbie got me, just before I left she called and asked if I want 2 orders on potatoes which I did. Arrived there and evidently there was a mix up so they made my order twice, I got both free of extra charge... that people is customer service. Great experience every single time! Thanks Debbie and the rest of the staff.

Excellent service! The waiting time was perfect, exactly 22 minutes. The breakfast was delicious and everything was hot. The place is very cozy and you can feel good energy.

People expect too much, even in Hilliard. It's getting to be like California everywhere, nothing but whiners. If you can do a better job, then do it. Breakfast this morning @6:00 am was just what I expected, I'm not gonna complain about it. Our waitress was Bree, she was just fine, good way to start the morning. Thanks again, give my regards to Cliff.

It's been awhile since I've been to an IHOP so we decided to stop in today as we were in the area. As a pancake fan, I was looking forward to trying their specialty cupcake pancakes, which as advertised are pancakes filled with sprinkles and topped with purple vanilla icing. I ended up getting the pancake combo and for only $8 and some change, you get 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 pieces of meat, and hash browns. So I feel like I can't be too disappointed that the cupcake pancakes did not have any purple icing and the sprinkles seemed to be not particularly well dispersed. They were still good, just nothing to get too terribly excited about. My eggs, turkey sausage, and hash browns were better than average though. My husband's Swedish crepes were also pretty tasty too. Contrary to many of the reviews the service was fantastic. Perhaps we caught them on a good day or things are getting better. The safety precautions were on point as well. So while we probably won't make this a routine stop. It was definitely worth the trip.
